Hargrove House is a film production company started by Seth Pomeroy and Shawn Girvan in mid 2007. "Couldn't You Wait?" is their first feature together.

About the filmmakers:

Seth Pomeroy (director)

Seth Pomeroy is a Nashville, TN based writer/director, specializing in many different styles of storytelling. Seth began his professional career freelance screenwriting for directors and producers across the world. After five years of freelance work he made the decision to work for himself, writing and planning projects that could be independently produced and directed. The first of these to come to light is "Couldn't You Wait? : The Story of Silkworm." In addition, he has penned a "Pull the Strings Players" puppet show that has been performed alongside popular comedians Patton Oswalt and Zach Galafanakis on numerous occasions.

Shawn Girvan (producer)

Shawn Girvan grew up in Alabama and attended film school in Nashville, TN. There he worked as a P.A. on one too many country music videos, and decided to leave the South for good to make Chicago his new home. Shawn is a Second City Conservatory and Writing Program graduate and has completed a year of training at the Improv Olympics, where he is currently performing with the newly formed improv team, "Chopper.  He has written, directed, produced and acted in dozens of short films and viral videos with many actors and writers from the local improv community.
